If you submit a review, comment, photograph, video, testimonial, suggestion, or other content to us ("Customer Content"), you represent that:

  • The content does not violate another person's rights

  • The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, or malicious material

  • The content does not contain malware or harmful code

  • You are not impersonating another person

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Thx4nun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content for purposes reasonably related to operating, marketing, promoting, and improving the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

This license does not prevent you from continuing to use your own content.

We do not require you to give up your intellectual property rights as a condition of submitting an honest review.

We may remove or decline to publish Customer Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, another person's rights, or the integrity of our Services.

We do not guarantee that any submitted Customer Content will be published.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Thx4nun.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Thx4nun and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, returns, refunds, customer service, or other obligations arising from transactions between you and Thx4nun.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising specifically from your purchase of products from Thx4nun.

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED, INCLUDING LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS US FROM LIMITING.

This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that the claim results from Thx4nun's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or other circumstances for which applicable law prohibits indemnification.
